| 摘 要： | 通过对黄土高原水土流失区１９４９－１９９５年共４７年粮食生产的动态分析，并与我国粮食生产现状与黄土高原周边地区的粮食生产进行了比较，对黄土高原粮食生产的波动性有了新的认识，并计算出不同区域的粮食生产潜势与粮田现实生产力。根据黄土高原经济发展的远景目标，因地制宜地提出了４条建议，为粮食生产可持续发展、指导区域国土整治和改善生态环境提供可靠的科学依据。
