| 摘 要： | 在实验室条件下获得光亮裸甲藻的最大生长率Ｋｍａｘ为１．８４（第２天），指数生长时期的Ｋ值为０．９（第６天），第９天后，当细胞密度达３．６×１０＾３ｃｅｌｌｓ／ｍｌ时，Ｋ趋近于０。在Ｆ－Ｆ４培养液中，这种甲藻的细胞密度和生长率差别不大，Ｆ／８－Ｆ／６４培养液中藻细胞密度和生长率在第４或第５天后明显下降，这显然与培养液中的营养盐馈乏有关。
