| Abstract: | The reductibibility of the dissoluble amylum can appear. When general starch is manufactured into the dissoluble amyhm. The intensity of its reductibility can be detected by the Somogyi' s colorimery. In this way. the dissoluble amylum's average molecular weight and polymerization degree can be calculated further. |
