反倾销产业损害幅度计算及数据库实现

针对反倾销调查机关需要及时、准确、高效地判断进口产品是否对国内产业造成损害以及损害程度的需要.基于反倾销理论实践及信息工程技术,提出反倾销产业损害幅度计算方法在数据库中的实现方式.研究结果表明,具有辅助计算产业损害幅度功能的数据库系统能够帮助用户把握反倾销的相关动态,更好地测算自身由于国外倾销行为所受到的损害,帮助调查机关提高管理的科学性与效率.

Assessment of Industrial Injury and Its Realization in Database for Anti-Dumping Decision
