基于小波和小波包图像去噪的比较研究

摘    要:
小波和小波包对图像消噪都是十分有用的工具,虽然小波包可以对图像的高频部分做更细致的刻画,对图像的分析能力更强,但其对图像去噪的结果并不一定优于小波。本文通过大量的实验仿真显示:因图像中噪声含量的多少不同,小波包消噪的结果可能优于小波,也可能劣于小波。

Abstract:
Wavelet and wavelet packet are both useful at denoising. Wavelet packet can depict the high frequency of the image more particularity. It has the better ability in analyze image. But it is not always better at denoising than wavelet. Simulations are performed on these algorithms in this paper, and the simulations demonstrate that the results of denoising by wavelet packet may better or less than wavelet because of the different amount of noise in image.
