提高工程机械液压系统可靠性研究

摘    要:针对可靠性工程在液压系统中应用的现状及目前工程机械液压系统可靠性不高的问题,提出了现阶段液压设备的可靠性问题主要表现在油液污染、系统压力失控、密封件寿命短等,分析归纳为液压元件、污染物、振动与泄漏三方面因素,并得出相应的措施是提高液压元件污染磨损耐受度和污染启动敏感度、防止污染侵入、合理选择配置过滤器、采取隔振设计防止振动的传递和相互影响、更换密封件和选择合适的液压油.

Abstract:In view of the application of hydraulic system in the reliability project and the problem of mechanical hydraulic system reliability,the present-stage hydraulic equipment reliability problem mainly displays in the oil liquor pollution,pressure system out of control,short seal life and so on.The analysis reveals three factors hydraulic pressure part,pollutants,vibration and leakage And the corresponding measures are enhancing tolerance of hydraulic pressure part pollution wear and start sensitivity of the pollution,antipollution invasion,reasonable choice of disposition filter and adopting the vibration isolation design to prevent the transmission of vibration and mutually influence.replacement of sealing arts and selection choice of appropriate hydraulic fluid.
