| Abstract: | In accordance with the practice of land gradation and estimation in the county town of the Kaijiang County,the article clarifies the theory and ususal ways of grading and pricing the land of the towns proper.It widens and deepens the research of geography and land economics.It also provides both in theory and in metrology an important basis for an all round advance of the reforms in land using systems. |
