关于上好《企业管理ERP沙盘模拟》课程的思考

在《企业管理ERP沙盘模拟》课程的教学实践中,存在着沙盘规则讲解效率低下及对学生经营管理本身的指导不够到位这两大类问题。这些问题主要是由沙盘推演规则讲解方法不够科学、时间紧任务重、该课程对老师综合素质要求较高等原因造成。通过改进ERP沙盘讲解规则的方法,让ERP沙盘相关会计、管理学概念清晰化,布置课后作业利用学生课余时间,在学生试运营3年后进行一次管理知识深度讲解,经营结束后让学生总结、发言等方法,能有效解决上述沙盘教学中的两大类问题。

In the teaching practice of Corporate Management ERP Sand Table Imitation Course,there exist two problems such low efficiency in explanation of sand table rule and insufficient guidance to students in management.This is because explanation of sand table rule is not scientific and time is pressing but task is heavy and the course requires teachers to have high comprehensive quality.By improving explanation of sand table rule and defining the concepts of ERP sand table-related accounting and management science,assigning after-class exercises to students,the teachers give students in-depth explanation of management knowledge after students＇ three-year trial operation and let students summarize experience and give speech,etc.Therefore,the above-mentioned problems can be solved.
