摘    要:研究了来自香港海红树林Phragmites australi的海洋真菌2492号的次级代谢产物.用乙酸乙酯对该菌的培养液进行了液-液萃取,用硅胶柱层析法对提取物进行分离纯化,并用IR,MS,UV NMR波谱法推导确定了单离到化合物的结构.结果在发酵液中分离纯化得到4个有生物活性的生物胺,分别是Hypoxylin A(2),Hypoxylin B(1),N-乙酰酪胺(3)和2492-1(4).

Abstract:The secondary metabolites of the marine fungus No.2492 isolated from the mangrove Phragmites australi of Hong Kong were studied.The growth media of the marinederived fungus was extracted with ethyl acetate ,and the crude extract was isolated by a series of chromatographic steps, which led to the isolation of four known biogenic amines with bioactiviting: hypoxylin A(2), hypoxylin B(1), N-acetyltyramine and 2492-1(4).Their structures were elucidated by spectroscope including FABMS, IR,UV, NMR.
