摘    要:采用原位合成的方法制备CoPc(β-OC6Cl5)4/SnO2复合材料,利用UV,IR,XRD对产物进行表征.结果表明,CoPc(β-OC6Cl5)4/SnO2复合材料在紫外光谱中出现了酞菁特征吸收Q带的红移,红外光谱中出现了M-O的振动吸收峰,并且在XRD图谱中显现出SnO2晶粒变小,这说明CoPc(β-OC6Cl5...

Abstract:β-tetra-pentachlorophenyloxy-Cobalt Phthalocyanine/SnO2 nanocomposite were synthesized by in-situ process.The products were characterized by means of UV,IR and XRD methods.The experimental results indicate that different degree of red shift on the Q band with maximum absorption of the substitute phthalocyanine occurred,the vibration absorption peaks of M-O appreared in IR spectrum,and the size of crystal particals have become smaller than before in XRD spectrum,all that show the complex of tetra-pentachlorophenyloxy Cobalt Phthalocyanines and SnO2were linked with partial chemical bond.
