| 摘 要： | 随着Web技术的发展，许多基于Intemet上的应用日益普及，本系统根据黑龙江省教委关于教学方法改革的有关要求，实现了一个远程教育系统并通过此系统的设计与实现，介绍如何在Internet上实现远程教育。
