| Abstract: | Governmental information is a very important component of social information resources. The openness of governmental information, that is the key of realizing the sharing of information resources, is an important model of promoting the development of social economy. This paper discusses on the main ways of promoting the openness of governmental information and realizing the sharing of information resources from aspects of legislation and networking of governmental information resources. |
