浅谈基础隔震技术在建筑上应用与发展

近几年来,全球地震灾害频发,建筑物的抗震减灾性能逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。本文从分析基础隔震结构建筑与传统抗震建筑的差异,重点介绍了基础隔震结构的技术关键—基础隔震层和隔震装置。结合近20多年来隔震结构建筑成功运用的实例,凸显出了隔震结构建筑在抗震方面的优越性,最后,结合基础隔震技术的经济性,对未来隔震结构建筑的发展做了分析。

Discussion On Base Isolation Technology and Development

In recent years, the number of global earthquake disasters has been increasing, and people has paid more attention to the earthquake disaster mitigation performance of the building . This article analysis the difference of base isolated structure architecture and traditional in earthquake resistant buildings, highlighting the key technology of the base isolation structure - base isolation layer and the isolation devices. With nearly 20 years of successful use of isolated examples of architectural structures, highlights the seismic isolated structures built on the superiority. Finally, with base isolation technology, economy, building on the future development of isolated structures were analyzed.
