| 摘 要： | 通过试验探讨了铸型涂料的涂敷时间与砂型终强度之间的关系．得出呋喃自硬树脂砂型刷水基涂料的最佳涂敷时间是树脂固化过程的强度增长期，并应对刷完涂料的砂型立即烘干，否则会较大幅度降低砂型的终强度．

| Abstract: | The relation between the application time of mould coatings and the final strength of Furan resin sand moulds is mvestigated experimentally. It is learn from the mvestigation that the best time to apply aqueous coatings to the moulds is to be the strengthening period of the setting process of Furan resin. Coated moulds should be immediately stoved, and it is inadvisable to lay up the moulds not dried for a long time, otherwise the final strength of resin sand moulds will be considerably impaired. |
