| Abstract: | The ownership reform of state-owned enterprises is the inevitable trend of the implementation of the socialist market economy,and is also an important approach to promote the development of productive force.In accordance with the reform,labor union ' s function of protecting workers ' right should be highlighted,smoother channels for democracy should be developed,and new ideas should be continuously brought forth into work. |
