| Abstract: | The emergence of the networking,informatized and digitalized times has changed library＇s operating environment,which brought about the crisis to the information service of university library.Therefore the service pattern must be innovated and the service process must be improved,that is to develop the personalized service,establish the subject information service center,and especially offer hierarchical information services. |
