| 摘 要： | 论述了加强图书馆人力资源管理的必要性,对广东高职院校图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,指出了图书馆应从人力资源开发、工作人员待遇、激励机制、培训教育等方面激发图书馆员的工作潜力与工作积极性。
