| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆是我国图书馆界非常重要的组成部分,发挥着重要的社会教育作用,已成为不可缺少的现代化的文化教育平台。目前,我国高校图书馆的管理还存在一些问题,对其进行管理创新是现代社会深化高校图书馆改革的必然要求。对目前高校图书馆发展的现状进行了分析,提出了管理创新的策略和方法。

| Abstract: | University library,which is an important part in our country＇s library world,plays an important role in social education and has become an essential platform for modernized cultural education.At present,there are some problems in our country＇s university library management,carrying out the management innovation is a necessary requirement of deepening the reform of university library in modern society.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of university library,and puts forward some strategies and methods for carrying out the management innovation. |
