水稻光合生态特性的初探

摘    要:用便携式光合作用分析系统测定了不同生育期中水稻叶片的光合速率及其日变化。主要结果如下:(1)晴天,水稻叶光合速率呈单峰曲线,在同样光强下,下午的光合速率比上午的低;阴天光合速率随光强变动而变化。(2)不同叶龄或不同叶位稻叶的光合速率与叶绿素含量成正相关。(3)移栽后秧苗光合速率下降的主要原因是叶片缺水引起的。

Abstract:The photosynthetic rate and its diural variation in rice leaves under different development period were examined with the portable photosynthesis analysis system. The major results were as follows: (1) The photosynthetic rate of rice leaf presented single peak curve on fine day. The photosynthetic rate in the afternoon were lower than that in the morning under the same light intensity; The photosynthetic rate was varied with the light intensity variation in cloudy day. (2) The photosynthetic rate was positive interrelated with the chlorophyll content in rice leaf during different leaf-age or at different leaf-order. (3) The photosynthetic rate in rice seedling declined after being transplanted, the major reason was that the leaf lacked water.
