| 摘 要： | 分析了体育院校档案的功能,阐述了档案资源内容不够广泛、体育特色不够凸显、载体形式较为单一的建设现状,并对此进行了原因分析。提出了加强档案资源建设4个方面的措施：1）加强人才队伍建设;2）制定适合体育院校特点的归档范围;3）加强体育特色档案收集制度建设;4）改善档案收集方式、方法。 |
