基于Q8的电阻炉控制系统的半实物仿真

摘    要:介绍了一种基于Quanser Q8卡和Simulink的半实物仿真系统的构造与应用方法,搭建起理论仿真研究与实时控制之间的桥梁。以电阻炉控制为例,详细介绍了电阻炉温度控制半实物仿真控制系统中硬件构成及PID控制器的搭建和参数调整方法。给出仿真曲线,控制效果良好。仿真结果的验证过程直观,控制器的参数实时可调,易于操作。

Abstract:A Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation method was introduced based on Q8 Data Acquisition Card.A furnace temperature control system was treated as an example.The hardware construction of the system was proposed. Moreover,it shows how to obtain the controller by Simulink and adjust the parameters of the controller.It demonstrates that the validating process of simulation result can be observed directly and the parameters of PID controller can be adjusted easily under the method of Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation.
