乙酸乙酯-乙腈-1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲磺酸盐物系等压汽液平衡数据的测定及关联

摘    要:在101.3kPa下,用改进的Othmer釜测定了含离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲磺酸盐(BMIM]OTf)的乙酸乙酯-乙腈物系的等压汽液平衡数据。实验结果表明,离子液体BMIM]OTf的加入,造成了乙酸乙酯-乙腈二元物系汽液平衡线的偏离,随着BMIM]OTf含量的增大,偏离程度也增大;BMIM]OTf具有明显的盐效应,当BMIM]OTf的摩尔分数在5%时,就可以消除乙酸乙酯-乙腈共沸现象;采用NRTL方程对实验数据进行了关联,关联效果良好。

Abstract:Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data for the ternary system ethyl acetate + acetonitrile containing 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate (BMIM]OTf) have been measured using a modified Othmer still at 101.3 kPa. With the addition of the ionic liquid BMIM]OTf, the curve of the ternary system deviates from the line of the ethyl acetate+acetonitrile binary system. When the mole fraction of BMIM]OTf increased, the deviation was greater. BMIM]OTf has an obvious salt effect, which caused the elimination of the azeotropic phenomenon observed in the ethyl acetate-acetonitrile system. The experimental values were correlated by the NRTL model with a good consistency. 
