| 摘 要： | 应用聚合酶链反应技术（PCR）对184例男性性传播疾病进行检测，检出单纯淋菌感染79例（43％）；衣原体感染42例（22．8％）；解脲支原体感染28例（15．2％）；混合感染26例（14．1％），认为PCR技术对STD的诊断具有快速、准确的效果。
