ZA27合金淬火时效早期阶段的研究

摘    要:利用本实验设计的热效应装置研究了ZA27合金淬火时效早期过程,结果发现:ZA27合金时效早期阶段出现了大小不等的温度峰,与对应条件下硬度曲线比较表明,淬火时效温度不同,脱溶机理不尽相同,Tc以上温度时效,发生了Spinodal分解。

Abstract:The early stages of decomposition process in ZA27 alloy were studied with self designed apparatus of heat effect.Different temperature peaks at various aging temperatrues were abtained.Compared with the hardness curves in the same conditions,the alloy was observed to decompose by different mechanisms,depending on aging temperature,whereas at over Tc it dcomposes by spinodal mechanism.
