基于LabVIEW的直流电机测速与控制系统设计

摘    要:采用LabVIEW软件开发平台,针对直流电机调速系统,设计了电机测速与控制系统.系统通过传感器获得电机转速数据进行处理,单片机MPC82G516产生PWM信号控制电机转速,并采用LabVIEW软件实现对数据的实时跟踪与显示.通过对实验板的测试,并对数据进行分析,结果显示系统实时性好,稳定性能好,具有较好的调速效果.

Abstract:Based on LabVIEW platform,for the DC motor speed regulation system,it introduces a DC motor speed measurement and control system.It acquires motor speed data by the sensor and outputs PWM signal to control the motor speed by MPC82G516,and realizes real-time data tracking and display based on LabVIEW.Tested on the experimental board and analysed the data,the results show the system has good realtime performance,good stability,and better control effect.
