摘    要:研究了丙醇–硫酸铵双水相体系分离水中对氨基酚的新方法,考察了萃取体系中的硫酸铵用量、正丙醇用量、pH值对萃取率的影响,通过L9(33)正交试验对萃取条件进行了优化.确定萃取条件为:pH值为4.5,硫酸铵用量为15.0 g,正丙醇为20 mL,在最佳条件下经过3次连续萃取,萃取率达99.41%.改进了分光光度法测定对氨基酚含量的方法,实验结果表明该方法快速、准确、萃取率高,处理过的含对氨基酚的水样达到GB8978—1996中的一级标准.

Abstract:This research provided a new method to separate para-aminophenol from waste water with the propyl alcohol-ammonium sulfate ATPS(aqueous two-phase systems) and studied the amount of ammonium sulfate and propyl-alcohol,the effects of pH value on the extraction rate and the optimum conditions in L9(33)orthogonal test with the following results: the optimum extraction conditions are as follows: the amount of ammonium sulfate is 15.0 g,the amount of propyl-alcohol is 20 mL,and the pH value is 4.5.An extraction yield of 99.41% is obtained under such conditions in third extractions.This new method is better than the spectrophotometric method for determining the content of para-aminophenol is fast,efficient and accurate.The processed para-aminophenol waste water is up to the first-class standard in GB8978—1996.
