| Abstract: | The mixture solutions of amino-acids with activity were measured by UV spectropho-tometry. The number of species and concentrations of individual components were determined by using factor analysis successfully. Nine synthetic mixture samples were determined with satisfatory results. The effects of wavelength range and interval selected are discussed. |
