| Abstract: | This paper introduces the problems existing in the commercial service faci lities of our country's residential districts, analyzes on the features and infl uencing factors of the commercial service facilities of our country's residentia l districts in the economic transformation period, and discusses on the ideas an d countermeasures for the development and construction of the commercial service facilities of the residential districts from aspects of the guiding thought, ba sic principle, and planning countermeasure, etc. |
