| 摘 要： | 我国广播电视产业的飞速发展使其对广播电视专业人才的需求不断加大、素质要求不断提高。本文从我国现有广播电视从业人员结构分析入手，认为对广播电视专业人才的培养可以从教学内容、培养方式、实践手段方面进行积极探索，以更好地适应广播电视市场需求，打造高素质广播电视人才队伍。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of broadcasting industry requires more and more professionals with skills of broadcasting,also requires their qualities.This paper,starting with the analysis of the current structure of the employed persons,considers that we can explore the ways of training talents from teaching contents,training methods and practical means so that we can meet the requirement of broadcasting markets and cultivate a staff with high qualities. |
