Boost型ZVT-APFC电路的实验研究

摘    要:零电压转换(ZVT)变换器是一种性能优良的软开关电路,与一般的零电压准谐振电路相比,其功率开关管的谐振电压应力较小。对Boost型的ZVT软开关电路及其改进型电路进行了比较,推导出工作过程的各种状态,并设计了应用UC3855 APFC的控制芯片的ZVT单相整流电源,给出了仿真、实验结果和主要参数的设计。实验表明,该电源具有损耗低、效率高、开关噪音小等优点。

Abstract:Compared with the zero\|voltage quasi\|resonant converter,the zero\|voltage\|transition converter is a soft\|switching circuit with excellent characteristics and its power switch device has low resonant\|voltage stress.The comparison between the Boost ZVT(Zero\|voltage\|transition) soft\|switching converter and its improved curcuit,deduces the various stage for each states in the operation procedure.The ZVT single\|phase rectifier with the APFC(Active power factor correction) IC UC3855 is designed.The main parameters for the converter are studied and the simulation and experimental results are given.The experiment proves that the rectifier overcomes the defect of severe distorted non\|sinusoidal current witch resulted from general DC\|DC converter,and has the merits of low loss,high efficiency and low switch noise.
