高Q值负载共振电源及其反常功率特性

摘    要:介绍了一种高Q值负载共振电源的主电路结构和工作原理,它具有共振系统的Q值越高输出功率越大的异常特性,突破了传统的Q值概念的束缚.将此类电源用于感应熔炼可有效增加熔炼坩埚的壁厚,延长坩埚的使用寿命,并可以明显减少坩埚散热,降低炼钢电耗;将此类电源用于感应透热,可以增加感应电流的渗透深度,从而缩短了感应透热线的长度.

Abstract:The main circuit and operating principle of high Q-value load resonant power supply was introduced. It had an anomalous power characteristic that the output power increased with an increase in Q-value of the resonant system, which broke through the restraint of conventional concept of Q-value. The appliance of the high Q-value load resonant power supply to induction furnace melting could increase the thickness of crucible wall efficiently, leading to satisfactory results such as a longer useful life of the crucible, an obvious decrease in heat loss of the crucible and a decrease in electric energy loss. Used in induction beating, it could increase the penetrating depth of inducting current in metal and thus short the length of induction heating line.
