| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了职业经理人的概念，阐明了职业经理人战略性管理的主要内容，即职业经理人的战略性获得。职业经理人同出资人之间委托一代理关系的管理以及同其他利益相关群体的博弈管理，探讨了实施职业经理人战略性管理对企业赢得持续竞争优势的重要作用。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the conception of the professional manager, expounds the main contents of the strategic management of the professional manager, namely the acquisition of the professional manager, the management of the agent relation between the professional manager and the investor, and the gaming management for other groups at interest, and probes into the important functions of practicing the strategic management of the professional manager on the enterprise to win the sustainable competitive superiorities. |
