构建体育教学与健康教育有机结合的高校体育

贯彻"健康第一"思想对高校体育教育提出了新的要求.根据当前高校体育实施健康教育存在的主要误区,提出推进高校体育教学内容的改革需要遵循"五项原则",实现"四个转化";并在此基础上,构建体育教学内容新体系,实现高校体育与健康教育的有机结合.

On Combination of Physical Education and Health Education in Universities

The idea of "health first" has set new requirements for physical education in colleges and universities.This author,after analyzing major mistakes caused by the implementation of health education in college PE teaching,expresses the opinion that "five principles" and "four transformations" should be followed and completed in order to promote reform in teaching contents of physical education in colleges and universities.On this basis the author presents in this paper a new system for PE teaching in an attempt to establish a good combination of physical education and health education in colleges and universities.
