起重电磁铁的计算机辅助优化设计

摘    要:本文提出一种起重电磁铁优化设计的计算机程序系统.由于优化设计采用了磁场模型,使计算准确性大为提高,也能使电磁铁导磁体部分的磁场均匀分布.磁场模型的采用必然要使计算工作量成倍增加,本文采用的恰当罚函数法寻优,有效地节省了搜索时间.系统由PLOT 10 IGL计算机绘图技术支持,能实现自动绘图.对软件包的考核证明,优化设计结果与现有工厂产品比较,经济技术指标均有明显提高.

Abstract:In order to carry out optimal design of lifting magnet, a software using numerical modelling of magnetic filed is developed. Not only highly accurate results can be obtained, but also the distribution of magnetic field of iron part is uniformed. However, using magnetic field model leads to the increase of computation. The exact penalty function method is proved to be valid for reducing the computation time of searching the optimal solution. The application of the computer graphics techniques supported by PLOT 10 IGL makes the graphics to be drawn automatically. The test of the software verifies that the optimal design of lifting magnet will reach higher technical and economical index than the products available with the same standard.
