横风环境下铁路车辆振动响应分析

摘    要:在任意拉格朗日-欧拉框架下,利用三维粘性非定常不可压缩N-S方程,k-ε两方程紊流模型,采用有限体积法建立了横风作用下列车周围空气流场的数值计算模型,运用车辆-轨道耦合动力学,分析了横风环境下风-车耦合振动响应。结果表明:与无横风作用时相比较,横风作用下,背风侧的脱轨系数和轮轨作用力有所增加,轮重减载率减小,迎风侧的脱轨系数和轮轨横向力有所减小,轮重减载率增加。相对于脱轨系数,轮重减载率对横风作用更为敏感。
Abstract:
Based upon an arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian scheme,the Finite Volume Method (FVM) was applied to the computation of the unsteady three-dimensional incompressible wind field around the train in cross-winds,in which the standard k-ε turbulence model was adopted. Combined with the vehicle-track coupling dynamics,analysis was carried on wind-vehicle coupling vibration in cross winds. Compared with the simulation without wind forces,in cross winds the derailment coefficient and the wheel/rail contact force of the leeward side are increased,and the wheel-load reduction coefficient is decreased; while the derailment coefficient and the wheel/rail contact force of the windward side are decreased,and the wheel-load reduction coefficient is increased. The wheel-load reduction coefficient is more sensitive to the cross wind load compared with the derailment coefficient.
