| Abstract: | The development of modern finance system requires more rapid progress in financial information resource management. Using FMIS (Financial Management Information System) as a case study, the strategies to design and implement safety mechanisms for the financial database applications are analyzed, the multi-level safety control based on user authentication and dynamic data access control are proposed in this paper. |
