广西防城港湾浮游植物数量周年变化特征

摘    要:于2007年的代表性季节月(3月、6月、9月、12月)采集广西防城港湾海域表层海水,调查浮游植物及相关环境因子,分析浮游植物数量及其与环境因子的相关性。结果发现,浮游植物数量呈现湾内向湾外递增的趋势,夏季(6月)整个海湾浮游植物密度在4个季度月的调查中最高,达151.19×104cell/L,冬季(12月)整个海湾的浮游植物密度最低,仅0.35×104cell/L。水温、盐度、磷酸盐含量是影响防城港湾浮游植物数量较重要的环境因子。春夏季时,西湾内浮游植物优势种群中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)会大量增殖,尤其夏季时数量已接近或达到赤潮发生的密度。

Abstract:Investigation of the phytoplankton and environmental factors in Fangchenggang Bay were conducted by colleting and analysizing the surface water,to study the relationship between the phytoplankton abundance and its environment in March,June,September and December of 2007.The results showed that the quantitative distributions of phytoplankton,presented a trend of being higher in the inner bay than in the outer bay.And there were remarkerbal differences of the phytoplankton's density as the highest in summer(June)reached to 151.19×10^4cell/L,while the lowest in winter(Dec.)only 0.35×10^4cell/L.The phytoplankton abundance in Fangchenggang Bay was correlated with the nutrients,temperature and salinity especially in Summer by analyzing the correlation of phytoplankton abundance with the environmental factors in various seasons.The absolute number of Skeletonema costatum cells got obvious expanding in spring and summer,even with the probability of occurrence of red tide in the summer.
