摘    要:针对微小型零件边缘检测问题,提出一种宏观检测和微观检测相结合的边缘识别方法. 首先根据分形理论,利用微小型零件图像的分形特征进行区域分割,检测出图像中的边缘区域;然后利用微观检测算子检测出微小型零件的边缘点;最后用最小二乘法拟合出微小型零件的边缘. 实验结果表明,这种宏观检测和微观检测相结合的方法能够排除下边缘、背景和随机边缘的影响,准确地识别出具有统计特征的微小型零件的边缘,检测精度达到像素级.

Abstract:An edge detection method based on macroscopic and microscopic detection is proposed. Firstly, based on fractal theory, regions are divided and edge regions are detected. The second step is to detect the edge point by microcosmic operator. Then the image edge is curved out by LSM (least square method). Experimental results showed that the method can detect the micro accessory edges with statistical characters exactly from being affected by underside edges, background and random edges. Its detecting precision can reach at the pixel-level.
