摘    要:本文研究用湿化学法——NH_3法改性ZnO粉末使之用于电子材料.用x-ray衍射分析和SEM分析方法确定了焙烧温度、球磨时间等主要工艺参数;用SEM分析、BET分析、粒度与粒度分布分析方法研究了改性前后ZnO粉末的赋存状态.压敏电阻验证试验结果表明,改性后的ZnO粉末可以制备出小电流性能很好的ZnO压敏电阻.

Abstract:Improvement of ZnO powders for electronic materials with wet chemicalmethod NH_3 technique is studied in this paper. The main technical data such asroasting temperature and milling time are determined by X-ray Diffraction analysis andSEM analysis. The existing states of ZnO powders before and after being processed arestudied with SEM analysis, BET analysis ,as well as Particle Size and Particle Size Dis-tribution analysis. The test results of manufacturing ZnO varistors demonstrate thatZnO varistors with excellent pre-breakdown characteristics can be obtained from ZnOpowders processed with NH_3 technique.
