酸木瓜籽产沼气潜力的实验探究

摘    要:以污水处理厂活性污泥为接种物,以提油后的酸木瓜籽为发酵原料,按一定比例配制成浓度为6%的发酵液在30℃进行批量发酵,测定原料发酵前后的总固体(TS)含量、挥发性固体(VS)含量、pH值和日产气量.结果表明,以提油后的酸木瓜籽为发酵原料发酵,第1天即开始产气,且产气量达到310mL,但甲烷含量低,不能燃烧,第2~6天出现酸化现象,停止产气,随后体系恢复正常连续产气至结束,发酵至第20天的产气量占总产气量的81%左右.酸木瓜籽的TS利用率为27.26%,VS利用率为19.2%,其产气潜力为178g/mL(TS)和185g/mL(VS).

Abstract:This study provided theoretical basis for effective utilization of organic wastes of agricultural production. Biogas potential was studied at 30 ℃ by batch fermentation, by using activated sludge from sewage plant as inoculum and acid papaya seeds after oil extraction as raw material. The inocuum and raw material were implemented according to certain proportion as fermented liquid mixture and the concentration is 6%. The TS,VS,pH value of raw material before and after fermentation and daily biogas production were determined. The fermentation liquid started producing gas on first day and gas production rate is 310 mL. However,the methane content of gas is low. Then fermentation liquid appeared acidification phenomenon during 2th day to 6th day and stopped producing gas. The system was back to the normal on 7th day, and produced gas continuously untill the end of the experiment. The cumulative gas production of 20th day accounts for nearly 81% of the total volume. The acid papaya seeds' TS utilization rate is 27. 26% ,and VS utilization rate is 19. 2% ,in addition,the gas potential is 178 g/mL(TS),185 g/mL(VS).
