| 摘 要： | 近年来,量子点由于具有优良的光谱特征和光化学稳定性,其研究引起了国内外各学科研究者的广泛关注,研究的领域涉及物理、化学、生命科学等多学科,已经发展成为一门新兴的交叉学科。量子点作为荧光探针在金属离子、生命科学等领域的应用取得巨大进步的同时,相对而言,对非金属离子的定性、定量研究的报道还较少。本文综述了量子点荧光探针应用于NH4+、CN-、H+、OH-等非金属离子测定方面国内外的研究进展情况,以及发生荧光猝灭或增敏的可能机理。
