蟾蜍的迷走神经及其递质对血液凝固的影响

摘    要:作者利用刺激、切断与药物阻断蟾蜍迷走神经的方法,探讨迷走神经在血液凝固中的作用。结果表明,刺激迷走神经和注射Ach均使血液凝固加速,切断迷走神经与阿托品阻断时血液凝固延缓,交感神经对血液凝固无影响。提示蟾蜍的迷走神经对血液凝固有促进作用。

Abstract:Toads are used for the experiments. The effects of the vagul on the blood coagulation by means of electrical stimulation,section and blokage of the vagus nerves are studied. The results are as follows; The stimulation of vagus and the injection of Ach accelerates the blood coaguiation, increases the concentration of fibrinogen, and quickens the formation of fibrin; The blood coagulation process slows down, the concentration of fibrinogen decreases, and the formation of fibrin retards when vagus nerves are sectioned and atropine is injected. It is therefore suggested that vagal stimulation may quicken the blood coagulation in toads.
