| Abstract: | The results of a survey show that status quo of the professional managers in Wenzhou is far from mature. The managers lack the professional spirit, and their income and social status are relatively low. As to the authority and duty in business management, business owners and professional managers are still in the stage of negotiation. Besides, the grown-up of profes- sional managers in Wenzhou has a close relationship with the family chain and the distribution of the income. |
