| Abstract: | The human resources strategies and plans of the major developed countries at the beginning of this century are summarized, including America, Japan, Germany, Britain and France. Their new ideas and measures on the science and technology talent policies are analyzed, which could provide references for developing Chinese science and technology talents. |
