摘    要:本文比较分析了三粒小麦和普通小麦种胚萌发初期碳水化合物及核酸蛋白质合成动态的变化。结果表明,这几种物质在两种小麦中都表现出随种胚的萌发而增加的趋势。其区别在于,三粒小麦的每胚总蛋白含量从第3天开始明显高于普通小麦,而可溶性糖在萌发过程中一直低于普通小麦,淀粉含量在1~4天时高于普通小麦,第5天低于普通小麦。根据实验结果,对核酸含量的变化与蛋白质合成的关系,核酸蛋白质和碳水化合物合成动态变化同细胞分裂、组织分化、形态建成等的关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:Synthetic movement of carbohydrate and nucleic acid and protein inthe early stage of seed embryo germination in trigrain wheat and ordinarywheat was analysed on a comparative basis. The results showed that thesesubstances tended to increase in the course of seed embryo germinationin both kinds of wheat. But the difference between trigrain wheat andordinary wheat lies in the fact that the total protein contents in everyembryo of trigrain wheat are obviously higher than those of the ordinarywheat from the third day on, but the contents of soluble sugar are alwayslower than those of the ordinary wheat in the course of germination. Thecontents of starch in trigrain wheat are higher than those of the ordinarywheat from the first day to the fourth day of germination, but theybecome lower on the fifth day. Based on experimental results, the relationbetween the changes of nucleic acid contents and protein synthesis, andthe relation between synthetic movement of nucleic acid, protein andcarbohydrate on the one hand and cell division, tissue differentiation andmorphogenesis on the other hand were discussed.
