单绳双摩擦轮提升中的几个问题

摘    要:本文分析了绳衬钢度对单绳双摩擦轮提升中钢绳过渡张力的影响、两摩擦轮绳槽的磨损和两摩擦轮间半径差变化的规律及钢绳在摩擦轮上的窜动.并指出该提升机专用于提升载荷时,绳槽半径差和钢绳过渡张力波动都将随提升次数增加而减小.反之,该提升机专用于下放载荷时,绳槽半径差和钢绳过渡张力波动都将随提升次数增加而增加.最后给出该提升机绳槽半径差的测算方法.

Abstract:This paper analyis the influence of rope lining stiffness on the rope transition tension, the wear regular of friction wheels, the variation of radus difference between the friction wheels and the change of rope position on the friction wheels in the case of rope double friction wheel hoist. It is pointed out that both the radus difference and the fluctuation of transition tension will be decreased with increasing numder of hoisting times when the hoist is used to hoist load specially. Other wise. both the radus difference and the fluctuation of transition tension will be increased with increasing number of hoisting times when the hoist is used to descend load specially. In the end, the methods have been intrduced to determine the radus difference between the friction wheels.
