水溶性Cu-DTP的合成及抗磨性能研究

摘    要:
合成了新型水溶极压抗磨剂二烃基二硫代磷酸铜(Cu-DTP)。研究了它在高水基介质中的极压抗磨性,四球机试验表明其具有很好的极压抗磨性能。当加入1%Cu-DTP时,水基液的P_B值为900N,D_(15)~(392)为0.29mm,配成CH-1轧制液,与目前国内外使用的轧制乳化液相比,油膜强度高。作者还利用元素分析,扫描电镜和电子探针能谱以及差热分析对其极压抗磨机理作了初步探讨。

Abstract:
A new water-soluble antiwear and extreme pressure additive is synthesized.Itsproperites in high-water-fluid are studied in this paper.The four ball tests show that theproperty of its antiwear and extreme pressure is superior.The P_B value of water-base lubri-cant was 900 N and wear spot diameter D_(15)~(392) was 0.51 mm when adding 1% Cu-DTP.Com-paring the property of presently used rolling emulsions,we found the load capacity was high-er.Meanwhile,the antiwear and extreme pressure mechanisms are discussed elementally bymeans of ultimate analysis,screening electronic microscope and DTA(differential thermalanalysis)etc.
