泥炭及其腐殖酸类物质栽培食用菌的研究

摘    要:重点阐述了一级菌种的培养、二三级菌种扩培以及菌砖制作和管理。在一级斜面培养基中加入1mL,,腐殖酸钠(体积百分比浓度为4×10-4),菌丝长势最佳。在二三级菌种培养基中加入30%泥炭藓泥炭或草本泥炭以及定量的腐钠,菌丝布满料层时间最短,且菌丝长势旺盛。在菌砖中泥炭加入量以30%为宜,鲜菇产量最多,生物转化率最高。泥炭和腐钠在食用菌栽培过程中,对改善二三级培养基和菌砖的水、肥、气、热状况,以及增强微生物体内氧化酶的活性,对促进食用菌的长势,具有良好的作用。

Abstract:Edible fungus,containing amino acid,several kinds of vitamins and carbonydrates,is not only a good cooked food,but also has a funcition of resisting disease. The content of researches if mainly included in the culture of fungus speicies of the first grade. the second and third grades,and the making and administration of fungus brick. The researched cnclusion is as follows: (1)The body of hypha grows very well in the culture medium of the first grade ,into whick one millilitre of humic acid Na with a density of 0.04% extracted form herb peat is put.(2)In the culture medium of the second and third grades,into with peat(30%) and humic acid Na(0. 04%) are put ,the body of hypha grows better in the culture medium containing Sphagnum peat than that containing herb peat with low and middle ash,i. e.the growing time is short and hypha grows well. (3)When the herb peat is put into the fungus brick, whose quantity is not more than 30%,the output of fresh mushrooms is big and the changeable rate of organism is more than 100%. (4)The peat and the humic acid Na have an important role in the process of culturing edible fungus to improve the condition of water,fertility,air and heat in the culture medium of the second and the third grades,and in the fungus brick,increase the activation of ferment oxide in the body of microorganism and promote the growth of edible fungus.
