| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会的理论指出了当代中国宪政欲构建怎样一种国家与社会的目标,因为在当代中国宪政建设的最终落脚点也是力求达到各种资源有效整合并使各种关系平衡。宪政建设不仅是和谐社会的应有之义,而且是和谐社会建设的政治保障。树立良好的宪政理念、构建适合我国国情的违宪审查机制对和谐社会的构建有着重要意义。
