| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the importance of carrying out the humanized management in the library,points out that the rational organization and configuration of the human resource is the precondition for the library to carry out the humanized management,the lenient and humanized management style is the important guarantee for carrying out the humanized management,and the people-based concept is the important core for carrying out the humanized management. |
